Donna Allen Cover, PhD., CHES, FAWHP is first and foremost a terrific mom of three great children and the founder and CEO of Positive Purpose Incorporated, a company dedicated to building healthy and happy workplaces..She is a global visionary with 17years of experience in Higher Education training practitioners in making strength based changes at the workplace.

Donna has keynoted nationally and internationally on depression prevention,  strengths and positive psychology and is a certified Strengths Coach and Strengths Advocate by the Gallup Organization. Positive Purpose Inc. has consulted internationally and nationally on Behavioral Health and Science with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Congress, Wall Street Journal, FRS Army Europe and Danya International to enhance the science of strengths and positive psychology across all generations for global well-being.

Positive Purpose Inc. hosts the Sedona Positive Psychology forum in collaboration with the National Wellness Institute and created the Positive Psychology Forum program for the Art and Science of Health Promotion Conference.  

Dr. Allen Cover is also a National Board Member of Health Promotion Advocates, a non profit organization that advocates for the integration of health promotion concepts into national health policy and all aspects of society. Her passion is long distance cycling, teaching and serving others with zestful and boundless energy. Donna rode her bike across America in 26 days as a health advocate for the American Breast Cancer Foundation. While she speaks nationwide, her favorite place to visit is on her own front porch with her family in Omaha, Nebraska.

Her gift is inspiring others to discover the meaning and purpose associated with life.  Her passion is creating a shared vision of joy and harmony within individuals that create and empower groups.   

In September of 2008 she rode her bike across America for the Hope Center for Kids.   With this experience, she  inspired her own children, as well as others, that dreams do come true. Her presentations to grade schools children and youth of all ages focus on taking health promotion to heart, and doing so with a purpose.
